Another great experience! We stay at this hotel annually during a 13 hour layover and it is perfect! Check in is always a breeze and the on site restaurant and cafe make the layover with a small child even easier. Next year we will be trying out the pool!

I was a bit disappointed booked the night before received a confirmation got there and they told booking has been cancelled well no one told me anything Then booked again while I was there took them 30 mins to find the booking and check me in I expected a higher level off service from a hotel such as. Marriott not the best experience for me unfortunately

The room for the hotel was great no complaint however the spa, jacuzzi, swimming pool just felt like it was in a leisure centre no feeling of a “spa”. During booking the email address I put was for myself however somehow they sent my booking to a family member assuming it was them, I am not sure how this happened as it is a breach of confidentiality.
