Rooms we exceptionally clean. We were disturbed once when we first checked in by someone from maintenance who didn’t realise the room was occupied but apart from that we had a very peaceful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Parking was good, but they clearly weren't expecting our arrival, as there was no room ready - or at least they struggled to find one, even though I had given an expected arrival time in advance. When a room was found, it was near the reception, opposite a function room where a brass band was having its weekly practice. This meant there was heavy footfall and quite a lot of scampering up and down in the corridor outside the room throughout the day as well as the cacophony of the band for the first hour of our stay. The room was OK for the price but basic. Disappointingly, twin beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed.
