Everything as expected apart from some works going on on site. I had a day room 10am until 5pm. Constant drilling, banging and shouting by the workers wasn't exactly peaceful.

I have booked before and will certantly book again - everything about this hotel is faultless. Its close too the centre, but not so close that its noisy and the personal touches really make it something special.

Slight hiccup when we checked in as there was no record of our booking, but as soon as I showed confirmation on my phone and proof of identity, they couldn't have been more helpful and everything was sorted really quickly. The facilities were amazing and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful - I've already booked again as I was so impressed
