Refinery Hotel is the imaginative reinterpretation of the Colony Arcade-a former hat factory and Prohibition-era tea room. With an unprecedented degree of precision, much like the milliners who stitched elegant hats, we transformed a factory building into stylish loft rooms and a rooftop bar.

The room was clean, quiet, well stocked with great amenities.

The room I was assigned was occupied by a couple and we spent half an hour and me going up and doing the elevators with multiple hotel representatives trying to finally get me a room way in the back upstairs. They even said they had seen my dayuse reservation in their system when I arrived so I don’t understand why checking took so long and was mismanaged. A woman should be able “come back later”
